Personality and Behavioural Tests

  • Risk Management Profile (RMP) Short Version
    A questionnaire designed to identify those individuals who have, or a likely to demonstrate unreliable or unethical behaviour. This instrument identifies behaviours and attitudes that are typical of work related problems such as chronic lateness or absence. People who endorse certain items on this scale admit to changing jobs regularly, have trouble finding a job that suits them and may experience frequent difficulties with co-workers or supervisors.
  • OCEANIC Personality Inventory
    Based on the Big Five Factor Theory, the OCEANIC (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism Index Combined) is a demonstrably robust measure of personality for any occupation. Among other things, the OCEANIC examines such factors as team fit, social ability, work ethic, reliability and stress tolerance.

    A version of the OCEANIC personality inventory that examines potential to succeed in sales, and sales related positions.
