Candidates can complete AnyTime Interview from any location with an Internet connection, using a Desktop PC or Laptop, Tablet, Android phone or iOS device. They answer a series of competency-based questions using our Web-based interview application. Their responses are recorded in video format, in real time and saved for scoring.

As an employer or recruiter, you will be invited to score the candidates interview upon completion. One or more Raters are able to score an interview and an overall score is provided at the end of the process, allowing you to rank and rate candidates for progression.
